Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any scheduling changes.

A $49 deposit is required to reserve your consultation time. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

A confirmed appointment that results in a 'No Show' will result in forfeiture of the deposit and be charged the full $99 consultation fee to the card on file.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, deposits are fully transferable to a rescheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date in order to retain eligibility for this special offer.

Our goal is to provide quality care to all patients in a timely manner. Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals disrupt the schedule and impact other patients, so we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
